BizConverse is an enterprise collaboration platform. Accounts are provisioned and assigned directly by your organization's system administrator (there is no public self-service sign-up). We collect the following information:

• Account Data: Credentials (ID and initial password assigned by your administrator), name, email address, username, workspace details, and profile avatar. Users may update their credentials and profile settings after initial login.
• Communication Content: Messages, voice recordings, attachments, files, media, and call data generated during your use of direct messaging, channel chats, and audio/video conference calls.
• Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, push notification tokens, and crash reports.
• Camera & Microphone Data: Camera and microphone access is requested strictly when you initiate or participate in audio/video calls or record audio messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain real-time chat, voice, and video collaboration services.
• To deliver push notifications for incoming messages and call alerts.
• To verify your identity and secure access to your organization's workspace.

We retain your personal data for as long as your workspace account remains active or as required by your organization’s data retention policies.
