What is a Chart of Account Role based ?

A Chart of Accounts Role-based view is a security and management feature that restricts which accounts a specific user can see or use based on their job role. In your screenshot, an "Administrator" is assigned access to "Level 4" accounts, such as specific bank and cash entries. This ensures that sensitive financial data stays organized and protected, allowing users to only interact with the accounts necessary for their specific duties.

How It Works

Step 1:
Select the required Group Code.

Step 2:
Choose the level of detail (e.g., Level 4).

Step 3:
Click Save to apply permissions.
