What is a Sales report ?

The Sales Reports module provides a comprehensive and detailed view of an monitor organization’s sales performance. It enables users to track individual sales by customer or salesperson, and analyze revenue trends over a selected period. By transactions,comparing sales values with costs and discounts, it also helps evaluate profitability and supports better decision-making for business growth.

Steps to Generate Sales Report

Step 1:
Select the primary criteria (Customer, Salesman, or Document No).

Step 2:
Choose Category (Sales or Sales Return) and View Style (Details or Summary). Enable With Cost if needed.

Step 3:
Set the date range and apply filters like Pay Type.

Step 4:
Click Refresh and review totals such as Gross, Discount, and Net Total.
