What is a Vat Report ?

The VAT Report provides a detailed summary of the tax collected on your sales (output VAT) and the tax paid on your purchases (input VAT) within a specific period. It helps you accurately calculate your net tax position—showing whether you need to pay VAT to the government or are eligible for a refund.

How to Use:

Step 1: Select Transactions
Choose Sales, Sales Return, Purchase, and Purchase Return.

Step 2: Apply Filters
Select VAT type, dimension (if needed), and date range.

Step 3: Verify Data
Click refresh and check invoice details, VAT numbers, and amounts.

Step 4: Review Totals
Analyze VAT debit (input), VAT credit (output), and net amount, then export if required.
