Separate the government fee from your fee on every transaction.

Visa and Iqama processing, Absher and Muqeem services, air tickets and hotel bookings: your counter handles a lot of money that isn't yours. BizMagnet ERP records your service fee, the pass-through amount and the right VAT on every invoice, and closes the cash drawer with nothing left to chance.

Bill whatever your counter offers, each item with its own price, cost and VAT treatment

Know your real revenue

Most of the money at your counter isn't yours. Your books should show that.

When a customer pays SAR 900 for a visa, most of it goes straight to the government. If your books record that as revenue, your sales look inflated, your margins look wrong, and your VAT return is exposed.

  • A VAT category on every invoice lineStandard-rated service fees and exempt or out-of-scope amounts can sit on the same invoice. Each line carries its own ZATCA tax category and exemption reason.
  • Supplier cost recorded on every service saleThe service sales screen records the supplier and the cost of each line, so each ticket or visa shows exactly what you earned.
  • ZATCA Phase 2 from the first invoiceQR-coded e-invoices are reported or cleared through BizMagnet's built-in ZATCA integration.

Questions we hear

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1Can one invoice have both a government fee and our VAT-able service fee?

Yes. On sales invoices each line carries its own VAT type and percentage, so a pass-through government fee and your 15% service fee can sit on the same invoice. Each line is reported to ZATCA with the right tax category and exemption reason.

Q2How do we see our real margin on air tickets?

Use the service sales screen to record the supplier and the cost price of each line. Salesman profit and sales reports then show what you actually earned, not just turnover.

Q3We prepay our airline consolidator. How is that recorded?

Record the top-up as an advance on a payment voucher against that supplier. When you buy against it, the advance is settled, and supplier statements show the remaining balance.

Q4How do we control cash across several counters?

Each counter is a registered POS terminal. At day end, staff close their cash, the variance report highlights any difference, and a manager approves each close before the daily cash report is final.

Q5Do you connect directly to Absher, Muqeem or airline systems?

No. BizMagnet is your billing, accounting and control system. Your staff keep using the government portals and booking systems they use today, and BizMagnet records each transaction's fees, costs, VAT and payments.

Q6Can we handle corporate clients on credit?

Yes. Quote in bulk, issue a proforma for the advance, then invoice on credit. Customer statements and aging analysis show what each company owes and for how long.
