Questions store owners ask us

Can we sell the same item by piece, pack and carton?
Yes. Each item can have several units, each with its own pack size, price and barcode. Stock is kept in the base unit, so selling one carton of 24 reduces stock by 24 pieces.
How do we control cash across several counters?
Each counter is a registered terminal with an opening balance. At closing, cashiers count their drawer by currency denomination, the variance report shows any difference, and a manager approves each close before the daily cash report is final.
We have several branches. Can they share stock?
Yes. Stock is tracked per branch and store, branch-wise quantity and value reports show where everything is, and branches can request and transfer stock between each other with a full trail.
Can customers buy on credit?
Yes. Look up the customer by mobile number at the POS and bill the sale on credit. It flows into receivables, with customer statements and aging in the accounts module.
Do you run promotions like "buy 2 get 1 free" or loyalty points?
Today BizMagnet supports line and bill discounts and coupon/voucher redemption at the POS. Talk to our team about your promotion and loyalty needs, and we'll show you the best way to run them.
Are POS receipts ZATCA compliant?
