Find the right part, sell it at the right price, and know your stock across every branch
BizMagnet ERP is built for how auto and industrial spare parts traders actually work. Thousands of part codes, substitute parts, rack-and-bin storage, imported containers, workshop customers on credit, and ZATCA Phase 2 invoices. It all runs on one cloud system that connects your counter, warehouse and accounts.
The Spare Parts Business Is Different. Your ERP Should Be Too.
A general retail system can't keep up with a parts trader's catalogue. Here is how BizMagnet handles the problems your team runs into every day.
Substitute & Alternate Parts
Link each item to its substitute codes, so when one is out of stock your salesperson can offer an equivalent part that is on the shelf.
Zone, Rack & Bin Locations
Assign every part a zone and rack in each branch, so pickers go straight to the right shelf. Location-wise stock reports keep counts accurate.
Landed Cost on Every Shipment
Overseas purchase costing adds freight, insurance, customs and other charges at the shipment's exchange rate, so each part's cost is its true landed cost.
Credit Limits & Aging
Set a credit limit amount and period for each customer, then follow up with customer aging analysis and statements before dues become bad debt.
Branch-wise Stock & Transfers
See quantity and value by branch, then move parts between branches and stores with transfer requests that track each part out and back in.
Price Levels & Discount Caps
Keep separate price types (e.g., retail, wholesale, workshop) for each customer group, and cap item discounts with separate limits for staff and admins.
Everything a Parts Trader Needs, in One System
From the item master to the final VAT return, every module shares the same data, so the counter, warehouse and accounts always agree.
What It Looks Like on a Real Working Day
Four everyday situations at a spare parts business and how BizMagnet handles each one.
The requested brake pad is out of stock
"Customer at the counter needs front brake pads today, and our usual brand shows zero stock."
- Salesperson searches the part code and sees zero stock at this branch.
- The item's substitute codes show an equivalent pad from another brand that is in stock.
- The rack location takes the picker straight to the shelf, and the POS bills it with a ZATCA-compliant invoice.
A container of parts arrives from overseas
"We paid the supplier in USD, then freight, insurance and customs on top. What did each filter actually cost us?"
- Overseas PO is raised in the supplier's currency with the agreed exchange rate.
- On arrival the shipment GRN receives the goods into the warehouse.
- Costing adds freight, insurance and import expenses to arrive at the landed cost of each part.
A workshop wants another order on credit
"The garage down the road orders every week. Are they paying on time, or are we funding their business?"
- The workshop's customer group gives them workshop pricing automatically.
- At billing, the credit limit and period are checked against outstanding dues.
- The accounts team reviews customer aging and sends a statement before the next order.
Branch A is sold out, Branch B is overstocked
"Our Riyadh showroom keeps running out of fast-moving oil filters, while the Dammam warehouse has cartons of them."
- Branch-wise stock shows the same part idle at another location.
- The showroom raises a transfer-in request, and the warehouse fulfils it with a transfer-out.
- Reorder levels and request alerts flag the part early next time.
One Connected Flow, From Supplier to Customer
Each document builds on the previous one. Stock, costs and accounts update as you go, with no re-entry and no spreadsheets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from auto and industrial spare parts traders evaluating BizMagnet ERP.
Yes. Our onboarding team provides Excel templates for your item master, including codes, descriptions, categories, units, barcodes, prices and opening stock per branch. We clean and import the data for you. Substitute mappings and rack locations can be loaded in bulk as well.
Each item in the item master can be linked to one or more substitute item codes. When a customer asks for a part that's out of stock, your team can look up its substitutes and offer one that is available, instead of turning the customer away.
Yes. You can define several price types (such as retail, wholesale and workshop) for each item, then assign a price type and discount type to each customer group. Item-level discount limits, with separate percentages for users and admins, keep counter discounts under control.
Yes. The Overseas Purchase module covers overseas purchase orders in foreign currency, shipment tracking with goods receipt, and a costing step. Costing combines FOB value, freight, insurance, customs and other import expenses at the shipment's exchange rate to give the landed cost of each item.
Yes. BizMagnet tracks stock by branch and store, with zone and rack locations inside each one. Transfer requests move stock between locations with a full audit trail, and branch-wise quantity and value reports show what sits where.
Yes. Sales invoices, POS receipts and sales returns are generated in the ZATCA Phase 2 format and submitted for reporting or clearance through the built-in integration. The VAT report gives you the figures for your periodic return. See the ZATCA integration guide for details.
