Every size, every brand, every rack, and the right price for every customer
BizMagnet ERP is set up for how tyre wholesalers and retailers actually work. Hundreds of size, brand and pattern combinations, sales in singles and sets of four, containers from Asia, fleet customers on credit, and stock that loses value as it ages. It all runs on one cloud system that connects your showroom, warehouse and accounts.
Tyre Trading Has Its Own Rules. Your ERP Should Follow Them.
Tyres are bulky, size-driven, sold in sets and priced differently for every type of buyer. Here is how BizMagnet handles the problems your team runs into every day.
Same-Size Alternate Brands
Link tyres of the same size across brands as substitutes, so your salesperson can offer another brand in the same size straight away.
Size-Led Catalogue Structure
Use multi-level item categories such as Passenger › Rim size › Section size › Brand, so stock and sales reports roll up by size, brand or tyre type.
Pieces, Pairs & Sets
Give each tyre several units of measure (piece, pair, set of 4), each with its own pack size, price and barcode. Stock stays exact whichever unit you sell in.
Stock Aging Visibility
Stock aging reports show how long each size and brand has been sitting, so you can push older stock first, move it to a busier branch, or run a targeted offer.
Container Landed Costing
Overseas purchase costing adds FOB, freight, insurance, customs and other import expenses at the shipment's exchange rate, so every tyre carries its real landed cost.
Price Types & Credit Control
Assign a price type to each customer group (dealer, fleet, retail), cap counter discounts, and set credit limits with aging follow-up for fleet and transport accounts.
Everything a Tyre Trader Needs, in One System
From the container to the customer's car, every module shares the same data, so the showroom, warehouse and accounts always agree.
What It Looks Like on a Real Working Day
Four everyday situations at a tyre trading business and how BizMagnet handles each one.
A customer needs four tyres in 205/55R16 today
"Their usual brand only has two left in this size, and they won't mix brands on one axle."
- Salesperson checks the item and sees only 2 in stock at this branch.
- The tyre's same-size substitutes show another brand with a full set available.
- The set is billed in the set-of-4 unit at set pricing, with a ZATCA-compliant invoice.
A mixed-size container lands from Asia
"Twenty sizes in one container. We paid in USD, then freight, insurance and customs. What does each tyre actually cost?"
- Overseas PO is raised in the supplier's currency at the agreed exchange rate.
- On arrival the shipment GRN receives each size into its rack zone.
- Costing adds freight, insurance and import expenses to arrive at the landed cost of every tyre.
A transport company orders 40 truck tyres
"They want fleet pricing, delivery to their yard, and 60 days to pay."
- A quotation is issued at the fleet customer group's price type.
- Once accepted it becomes a sales order, then a delivery from the warehouse.
- The invoice is checked against the customer's credit limit, and aging tracks the 60 days.
Older tyres are sitting in the back warehouse
"Some sizes have been on the rack for months, while the showroom keeps reordering the same sizes."
- The stock aging report lists slow-moving sizes and brands by branch.
- A branch transfer moves them to the busier showroom before any new order is placed.
- Managers apply an offer within the admin discount limit to clear the older stock.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from tyre wholesalers, importers and retailers evaluating BizMagnet ERP.
BizMagnet supports multi-level item categories. Most tyre traders use a structure such as tyre type (passenger, SUV, light truck, truck), then rim size, section size, brand and pattern. Stock, sales and valuation reports can then be read at any level, for example "all 17-inch SUV tyres" or "all tyres from one brand".
Yes. Each tyre can have several units of measure, such as piece, pair and set, each with its own pack size, price and barcode. Stock is held in the base unit, so selling a set of four reduces stock by exactly four pieces.
In the item master, link each tyre to its substitutes: other tyres in the same size from different brands or price tiers. When a customer's choice is out of stock, your team can look up those substitutes and offer one that is available.
Yes. The Overseas Purchase module covers overseas purchase orders in foreign currency, shipment tracking with goods receipt, and a costing step. Costing combines FOB value, freight, insurance, customs and other import expenses at the shipment's exchange rate to give the landed cost of each tyre.
The stock aging report shows how long items have been in stock, by branch. Use it to spot slow-moving sizes, transfer them to busier locations, or clear them with discounts within your admin limits. Reorder levels help you avoid overbuying slow sizes in the first place.
Yes. Sales invoices, POS receipts and sales returns are generated in the ZATCA Phase 2 format and submitted for reporting or clearance through the built-in integration. The VAT report gives you the figures for your periodic return. See the ZATCA integration guide for details.
